We own and operate our embroidery and digitizing equipment - which allows us to control the quality and timeliness of our work through the entire process; from digitizing through embroidering your logo to ensure the highest quality finished product possible. Many of our competitors depend on outsourcing your job as they don't own equipment or use it only for simple applications such as monogramming or small run jobs.

Guidelines:

Overall Size; For a typical left chest embroidery, the ideal design has a maximum dimension of 3.5" - 4.0". There are exceptions when a design has one dimension that is several times larger than the other. The size of many designs will be dictated by the smallest text within the design. We'll size your design appropriately based on our experience.

Small Text; The smallest text we can embroider with any accuracy and without special setup is about 0.25" (6mm) high and we can make adjustments to your design to compensate for slight variations where required. Typically, a single line of text can only include about 20 characters with spaces before it requires the text to be split into two lines.

Headwear Only; The maximum height for a headwear design is typically 2.25" high (1.2" for visors). The width may be as wide as 5" and depending on the hat or cap can be larger. Embroidery on the side of a cap may be included at no additional setup cost, however sewing on the back and front requires an extra process and is considered a separate emblem or design with appropriate discounts based on quantity.
