Designer Notes: These 8" Forced Entry Side-Zip Tactical Boots provide a heavy-duty YKK zipper for easy on and off, perfect for police officers, EMTs or other emergency personnel who need to gear up quickly, but also great for anyone else who doesn't like the hassle of lacing up their boots. Now, when you have them fitted just right, you can peel open the Velcro protection tab and unzip them instead of unlacing them. You'll be assured of the perfect fit next time you put them on. These high-quality boots have a leather upper with a pigskin leather collar and full-grain vamp. The tongue is gusseted, so you won't have to worry about it slipping out of place, and the boot has a moisture-wicking lining to help keep your feet dry after a hard day on the job. The hardware is rust proof, and there are speed laces, should you decide to forgo the zipper. The sole has a slip-resistant tread and a steel shank for support.
