1. Returns Due to the current economic downturn we are now forced to implement an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. NO REFUNDS will be issued until further notice. (Effective 08/20/2009) Non-Decorated or Unembellished Garments Non-decorated or unembellished garments (garments or items to which a monogram or logo has not been applied) are returnable for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping and handling changes) for 30 days from receipt of the garment. Decorated or Embellished Garments Decorated or embellished garments (garments or items to which a monogram or logo has been applied) are exchangeable or returnable for 30 days from receipt of the garment where one of the following conditions applies: Garment was damaged or flawed upon receipt. Garment delivered was not the color and/or size ordered. Garment decoration applied was not as ordered.
Decorated or embellished garments are not exchangable nor are they returnable where the garment quality, color, size, and decoration are as ordered. All Garments Garments must be in new condition, not laundered, worn or damaged other than the actual garment defect. Returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), the RAN should be clearly marked on any returned package. Returns without a RAN obtained prior to returning the garment will be refused. RAN's may be obtained by phone, fax, USPS Mail or email. Please provide the original order number, the garment item number and the reason a return is being requested on any return request. Only goods which are specified on the Return Authorization may be returned. Unauthorized returns will be returned to Purchaser at their expense or if we are unable to return the item(s) Purchaser shall forfeit ownership of any merchandise that has been returned without authorization when The GraphicZoo has made at least one attempt to return the unauthorized return merchandise to the purchaser and the return has not been claimed within 30 days of the initial receipt by The GraphicZoo. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us via phone to arrange an exchange. Our on-line ordering system cannot handle exchanges at this time. Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, all other items accepted for return which are not defective may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees are charged at the sole discretion of The GraphicZoo. All clearance item sales are final and may not be returned for any reason. 2. Shipping All orders placed on the Internet by 4:00 pm EST (Tuesday through Friday) for stock products are normally shipped the next day. (Stock availability can occasionally cause a delay in shipping - if your order is time sensitive please call or email us for current availability and delivery information.) Special Order items usually add an additional 5-10 days to the total shipping time of your order. Custom orders may take anywhere from 10 to 15 days before shipping depending upon the order size and complexity. We ship almost anywhere via USPS Priority Mail or under certain conditions via USPS Airmail. This means that your order should arrive within 3-4 business days from the date it was shipped from our facility. If an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available via the carrier indicated in the order or an alternate carrier at the discretion of The GraphicZoo, All without a surcharge for extra or express shipping! Any damages caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to them immediately as all orders are insured and tracked. Delivery Charges Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order calculated by our shopping cart or shipping system when you place your order. 3. Freight Charges For a limited time, The GraphicZoo will provide free ground shipping on all Internet orders that are over $250 (excluding shipping charges or taxes). If you need your order expedited, please contact us via phone for additional charges and information. This offer applies to domestic orders only.
